Albe Furs & Outerwear was founded in 1984 by Leon Skolnik, a fourth-generation furrier who was taught how to “understand furs” by his grandfather and mother. After working for top designers in New York City, Leon opened his own design studio and retail boutique in Westport, CT over 40 years ago.
